ROSS: YEAR END: Calendars

Ross Calendars - update once a year in EARLY in December so that the calendar is available for future entries made by finance in late Dec for early Jan.

IN ROSS  for ICM:

***   B E F O R E   you add these and import to ICM, you   N E E D  to setup the calendar in ICM

SELECT        TOP (30) GEM_DBKEY, YEAR, PERIOD, SCC_COMMISSION_RUN_NUMBER, SCC_PAY_PERIOD_CODE, START_DATE, END_DATE, SCC_RM_PAYROLL_APPROVED

FROM            SCC_COMMISSION_PERIOD_PAY_DATE     ORDER BY YEAR DESC

A.  Fill next year dates into SCC_COMMISSION_PERIOD_PAY_DATE   marking the all as 

SCC_RM_PAYROLL_APPROVED = "N"

Copy prior year periods and change the years in all the fields.

SCC_RM_PAYROLL_APPROVED = "N"

B.  After filling the future year, go into 1 record and change the value of the "Release Commiss Pay Period to the RMs Y/N"  change it and change it back so that it thinks there is a change.

that will force the program to export to CSV.

C.  In ICM 1.  import the table 2.  Select spPeriodPayDate.csv 3.  Open 4. Overwrite spPeriodPayDate.csv successfully imported

D.  Run the scheduled job.

Fill this table in ROSS – change dates and copy into Prd-SQL-05 table

Import into ICM

spPeriodPayDate                      right click import excel               mark check for headings

Scheduled Job:             RUN     using:   “ICM SCC_COMMISSION_PERIOD_PAY_DATE fill table”.

ICM  fill this table  spPeriodPayDate    for all 24 periods

PERIOD = 2020-PAY 01 Jan(1)  PayDateString  01/15/2020   RMPayrollApproved = “N”
