ROSS program  SCC_IC_M_032 SCC Product Term/Avail

1.  Get Weight discount:  Dsc Y/N

2.  Get Qty discount (Pricing Product Group Discount): Pricing ProdGr

        if 55/55 then they get the 15% Pricing/Commission

       if NODISC they get no qty discounts

3.  Get ProdCom spreadsheet from Sarah

4.  Copy Commission Rates into ProdCom Column K-R  for E A S T  and for  W E S T

4-1 Gallon commission  E A S T

55 Gallon drum    E A S T

4-1 Gallon commission  W E S T

55 Gallon drum    W E S T

5.  Copy Spreadsheet to load commissions:  SCC_COMMISSION_RATES_LOAD 121355 

       Copy an existing spreadsheet use one that has the same Pricing Product Group 55/55 RTU RESTRM AEROSO FOAMIQ

6.  Replace the PartCode and Date

7.  copy in the Commission Rates from ProdCom Columns L,N,P,R depending on the size

8.  save xlxs

9.  save as CSV in your user folder

    SCC_COMMISSION_RATES_LOAD.csv

10.  Import into ICM   User Options        Import File        Open      Overwrite

11.  run scheduled job to import SCC_COMMISSION_RATES_LOAD 

12.  composer   look at rates loaded

• Select the csv  &   Open

• Run the scheduled job to import commissions

• Composer
• Tables
• ComRates  select
• View Data
• 
• Search on the part code
• Select the size
• Apply filter
• 
• View new rates loaded

Copy and paste in the comRates from 

Save xlsx

Save as CSV    use this name        SCC_COMMISSION_RATES_LOAD.csv

in ICM, user options;  Downloads;  IMPORT File;  SCC_COMMISSION_RATES_LOAD.csv  Open;  Scheduler;  7.UserOpt/Download;Import: ComRates;  Run Schedule;  Activity;  All done!
