Here is the pricing for HD/SW on the new Contempo RTUs.  How we do this is we take the HD_US price, multiply it by the listed commission rate for East Coast RMs (in this instance 9% commission rate).   For the West Coast commissions, we increase the East Coast Commissions by 7%
