For a new user in ROSS do these steps to set them up.
User Setup
- First add new ROSS User folder
- Add the user to Active directory
- server: AD-01
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- Office:
- User right click New User
- Plant:
- Users - Plant
- Plant Temporary Employees right click New User
- Users - Plant
- Ross: User Setup
- Insert to key in the new user
- Ross: PM Employee
- insert and add new Employee using their initials
- Add new folder for them
Clone an existing User
FIN Users jramsay Clone tcrouch
MAN Users jramsay Clone tcrouch
select the new user and update the TOC
double click on the user
Edit user
save
FIN_PROD
Man_Prod
Add new option to existing Role
FIN Roles CUSTOMER_MAINT_STATEMENT
Edit Role
Select Facilities Accounts_Receivable
Scroll down to the SCC options and click on the new facility click on the arrow to drop it into the Role
Now you can see the new facility name at the bottom of the list of assigned facilities
