Initiating a Service Request

When service support is needed, an approved/authorized plant contact person will contact Matrix Technologies using one of the following three methods:


Call the Matrix Technologies service phone line: 1-844-310-7015.

Under this service contract, call-in is available 24 hours a day, 

7 days a week, 365 days a year (typically utilized for urgent needs).


Send a service request email to the Matrix Support Service email address MTIService@matrixti.com.


Go online to enter the issue, noting urgency level, in the web-based 

Service Ticket System.
