Generally the lines that are left are freight or charges that are not shown in the EU ship amend.
If you cannot cancel an EU order, do these steps to fix it.
- Find the line still on a ship note.
- Use Amend Shipping Notes (standard Ross version) to remove this line from the ship note.
- Delete the line from the ship note
- Now you can cancel the order since there are no lines left on any ship notes.
